Expected Devices Missing

Screen that shows the user which detectors haven't been discovered by ECv2 after the instrument is loaded to the user.

The screen checks for any differences between the devices from the device services (heaters, detectors, flow devices, digital IO, etc.) and the instrument configurations. If there are any divergences, it will display a screen showing those differences.

Clicking on the "Rediscover Devices" button the system will first restart all necessary services that had divergences, and then wait for 2 minutes.

After the waiting period, the controller variables will be reset, and the discovery process will start again from scratch.

If there is still divergences, it will close the form and open a new one with the new divergences after the restart.
